This notice explains how GET AI MENA handles personal data sent to us through getaimena.com. Questions about it go to leads@getaimena.com.
What we collect
When you use one of our enquiry forms we receive your name, work email, organisation, phone number and message, and the service or area of interest you choose. We also record which page of the site you sent the form from, so we know what you were reading. If you email us directly we receive whatever you include in that email.
The site does not use advertising trackers or cookies of its own.
We count visits to this site without cookies. We record the page, the site that sent the visitor, the country and the type of device. When you arrive through one of our own campaign links, for example from our social media posts, we also record the campaign tags in that link, so we know which post or platform brought the visit. We do not store IP addresses, and the anonymous visitor code we use changes every day, so we cannot follow a visitor from one day to the next. We keep these counts for up to 13 months.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on the conversation it starts. We do not sell personal data or add enquiries to marketing lists.
Where it goes
- The form saves your enquiry in our website's content system, where only our team can read it. The content of enquiries is not written to server logs.
- When email delivery is switched on, a copy of the enquiry is sent through Google Gmail to our team mailbox, which is hosted by Zoho Mail.
- The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
- To keep automated spam out, our enquiry and newsletter forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you start filling in a form, your browser loads a short check from Cloudflare that uses technical signals, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people from automated programs. Cloudflare says Turnstile does not use cookies to collect or store information and does not use this data for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts and images load from getaimena.com itself; pages do not call Google Fonts or other third-party font services.
Insights by email
If you subscribe to our insights, we keep your email address and the date you confirmed. We email you only when we publish something new, and every email has a link to unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you, and we keep your address only to make sure we do not email you again.
AI Exposure Scan
When you complete the AI Exposure Scan we store your answers, the scores worked out from them, your contact details and the time you agreed to our terms, in GET CMS on our own server. We use them to show and email your results, to prepare the 45-minute conversation and to contact you about the scan and related services. If you stop part-way, the answers you saved are kept for up to 30 days so you can continue, then deleted. Completed answers are kept for 24 months and then deleted. No third-party form tool is used. We count how many people open and finish each step of the form, without cookies and without identifying you. You can ask us to delete your answers at any time at [email protected].
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond, to continue the conversation or to meet our record-keeping obligations. We delete them earlier when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to leads@getaimena.com. We handle these requests in line with applicable data protection law, including Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law.
Please don't send sensitive data
Do not include passwords, client-confidential material or special categories of personal data in an enquiry. We will ask for what we need once an engagement is agreed and the right safeguards are in place.
